The Service
Clawd provides an AI assistant accessible via WhatsApp. The service runs on cloud infrastructure with per-user data isolation. The service requires an active subscription and internet connection.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Don't attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the system
- Don't use Clawd for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime - access continues through your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. WhatsApp may change their policies at any time, which could affect service operation.
Limitation of Liability
Clawd is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use at your own risk, crab friend.
