The service and these terms
These terms apply to your use of Clawd, a personal AI service available through messaging and this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Invitations and eligibility
Access is by invitation and requires a US mobile number. Use a phone number and accounts you are authorized to control, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure.
The minimum age is 13. If you are 13–17, your parent or guardian must consent to these terms and supervise your use. Clawd is not intended for children under 13.
Your requests and connected accounts
Ask only for actions you are entitled to take. Connecting an account provides access for requested work; it is not a general instruction to make unrelated changes. Do not share another person’s credentials or impersonate them.
Clawd can ask for missing information, an account connection or approval before continuing. Clawd asks you to review email and calendar actions before sending or making changes. Review the proposed content and recipients carefully. AI interpretation and third-party execution can still fail.
In groups, respect the other participants and the information you share. A group’s settings and permissions can differ from those of your private chat.
What the service can and cannot do
Clawd can make mistakes, misunderstand a request, miss context or return outdated information. Check important facts, amounts, deadlines, recipients and documents before relying on them.
Purchases require your actual approval with our payment provider before Clawd submits that checkout. Review the merchant’s confirmation and payment result to check whether a purchase succeeded.
The service is not an emergency response service or a substitute for a qualified medical, legal or financial professional. Contact an appropriate professional or emergency service when the situation requires one.
Your content and generated material
You keep the rights you already have in the information and files you supply. You allow Clawd and its service providers to process, store and transmit that material as needed to provide the requested service, maintain the conversation and operate it as described in the privacy policy.
Only supply content you are entitled to share. Generated material may be inaccurate, similar to other material or subject to third-party rights. Review it before publishing, signing, sending or otherwise using it. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership or copyright protection for AI-generated content.
Use it responsibly
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized account access or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass security, obtain someone else’s conversation, disrupt the service or send unwanted bulk messages.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues or service availability. These terms do not grant rights to bypass another website’s restrictions.
Costs and other services
Clawd's optional subscription costs $29 per month and renews monthly until canceled. It includes 500 requests and checks, 30 website tasks, 20 image generations or edits, and one active group sharing the owner's allowance. Allowances reset with your paid billing period, do not roll over, and do not incur automatic overage charges. A request is a message or scheduled check Clawd acts on, including a follow-up.
New accounts receive a seven-day trial beginning with first use, with no card required: 100 requests and checks, five website tasks, and five images. Trial access ends unless you explicitly subscribe. Existing complimentary access is preserved.
Subscribe and manage your subscription in Account. Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Your carrier may charge for messages or data, and connected services can impose their own charges and limits.
Messaging platforms, account providers, AI services and websites operate under their own terms. Their availability and policies can change, and they may refuse or interrupt a task.
Stopping use and data requests
You can stop using Clawd and disconnect connected services. To close an account or request deletion, contact info@clawd.co. Stopping use or asking to forget a saved fact does not automatically delete every stored record.
The service may change, be interrupted or end. The privacy policy explains what is stored and how to request deletion.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that it will always be available, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose or free from error.
Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Florida law and updates
The governing law is Florida law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
