Your Data, Your Crab

Your conversations are stored securely and isolated per user. Your data is never used for training or shared with third parties.

What We Collect

• Account info: Email and phone number for authentication and WhatsApp routing
• Payment info: Handled entirely by Stripe - we never see your card details
• Usage metrics: Aggregated tool usage for billing and reliability (not conversation content)

What We Don't Do

• Read your conversations
• Train AI models on your data
• Sell or share your information
• Access your data without your explicit request

Data Retention

Your data persists while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
